📋 Description

• Become a subject matter expert in Treace Medical's products and procedures, supporting surgeons and
• Build and maintain new customer relationships, follow up on company-generated leads, and drive
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product design and improve user satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute product training for surgeons in both didactic and hands-on
• Maintain strong links with key accounts to further sales, expand market development, and ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of successful field sales experience
• Ability to travel locally (up to 90%) and overnight (up to 20%)
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments
• Hospital credentialing readiness and the capability to manage emergency support scenarios
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance
