Sales Representative - South Boston

📋 Description

• Become a subject matter expert on Treace products and procedures for surgeons and OR teams.
• Build and maintain new customer relationships; follow up on leads; drive conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve product design and user satisfaction.
• Plan and execute training for surgeons (didactic and hands-on cadaveric).
• Maintain strong links with key accounts to grow sales and ensure service continuity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of field sales experience.
• Ability to travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%.
• Experience supporting surgeons in operating room environments.
• Hospital credentialing readiness and emergency support capability.
• Valid driver's license and current vehicle insurance.
