📋 Description

• Serve as the primary administrator for the CRM platform, managing day-to-day configuration
• Design, build, and maintain CRM workflows, automation, routing logic, pipelines, custom properties
• Ensure high standards of data quality through governance, validation rules, regular audits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering CRM platforms, preferably within a B2B SaaS
• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, workflow
• Experience building and maintaining automated workflows, CPQ processes, CRM integrations, and
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing, cleansing, segmenting, and reporting on large
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM import/export processes, deduplication tools, and
