• Lead exceptional guest experience on the sales floor
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on reporting and inventory
• Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership with excellent decision making
