• Lead guest experience on the floor through product education and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching ability
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Data-driven with ability to analyze reports
• Flexible; able to work peak days and weekends
