📋 Description

• Lead on-floor guest experience; coach team on product education.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze reports to drive strategy and growth opportunities.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to address business, team and guest needs.
• Oversee Sales & Service staff; recruit and develop talent.
• Collaborate with Community, Studio, Ops and Visual Leads for cross-functional training.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years client-centric sales experience.
• Proven leadership with strong decision making.
• Value feedback; receptive to giving and receiving feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

• Self-motivated; able to work independently and as a team.
