📋 Description

• Lead on-floor guest experience; educate guests; coach team to close gaps.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Analyze store metrics; translate into action plans; identify growth opportunities.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to address business, team and guest needs.
• Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager on reporting, budgets, inventory, vendor relations, tech and facilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and team development.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, upbeat, and able to work peak days and weekends.
