📋 Description

• Lead guest experience on the floor through product education and coaching
• Deliver exceptional service and drive selling initiatives with engagement
• Build client relationships and daily follow-up with customers
• Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent
• Ensure effective floor coverage and sales initiatives store-wide
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to address business needs and guest requests

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
