Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in client-centric, sales environment
Proven leadership and decision-making
Receptive to feedback; able to give feedback
Excellent interpersonal and written communication
Associate level experience
