Sales & Service Lead - Park City

📋 Description

• Lead an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing connection levels and product
• Continue to build client relationships daily and drive sales initiatives.
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; work on growth opportunities with leadership.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to address business, team, and guest needs.
• Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent.
• Collaborate with Operations, Visual, and Store Leaders to ensure cross-functional execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with decision-making capabilities and team development.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds; constant movement around store.
• Move and adapt to required shifts including opening/closing and seasonal peaks.
• Strong alignment with company values and guiding principles.
