📋 Description

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor through product education.
• Create a service-led environment to hit engagement and education targets.
• Ensure strong floor coverage with selling initiatives storewide.
• Coach and develop sales associates; recruit talent as needed.
• Use metrics to guide plans, highlight growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Operations/Visual Manager to execute store plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and people development capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and drive action plans.
• Comfort moving dynamically on the retail floor; willing to work peak days and weekends.
• Open to working variable shifts during holiday periods.
