📋 Description

• Lead store operations to drive profitability and efficiency
• Oversee inventory management, maximize accuracy, reduce shrink
• Partner with GM to address process or system gaps
• Manage shipping, receiving, replenishment, floor sets
• Lead and develop Operations Associates for guest experience
• Uphold safety, stockroom standards, and vendor relations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership with strong decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Able to work variable shifts including weekends
• Align with ALO guiding principles
• Collaborate with Visual and Store Leaders
