• Lead on-floor guest experience and product education
• Drive engagement targets and guest education
• Coach and develop Sales & Service team on the floor
• Oversee budgets, reporting, inventory, and vendor relations
• Schedule and staffing to cover peak days and weekends

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends
• Retail store experience preferred
