Sales & Service Lead - Village at Meridian

📋 Description

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor; assess guest connection and product education.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent.
• Partner with Ops/Visual Manager on budgets, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Ensure sales floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of client-centric sales experience
• Proven leadership with strong decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Self-motivated; able to excel individually and as a team
• Ability to work variable shifts, including peak days and weekends
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to serve guests and needs
