🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric retail or sales.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Receptive to feedback and effective in giving feedback.
• Goal-driven with strong achievement orientation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to move around store throughout shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg).
• Based in Seoul; willing to work at Hyundai Pangyo store.
