• Leads a team of approximately 5-7 Sales Service Specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and

• Builds strong partnerships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Balances multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service levels.
• Adapts quickly to changing business needs and continuously improves processes.
• Leverages advanced Excel and reporting capabilities to manage performance and drive results.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of customer service, operations, manufacturing, plant, commercial, or related experience
• Previous leadership experience with direct responsibility for coaching, developing, and managing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of implementing
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
