Sales & Service Manager - American Dream

📋 Description

• Lead store business and guest experience strategy in-store.
• Drive sales targets and guest experience, elevating talent to meet ALO principles.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience as the store’s north star.
• Move actively around the store, including sales floor and back of house.
• Keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement Sales & Service strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communications.
• Agile and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s Guiding Principles.
