• Lead sales and service strategy to meet store targets
• Supervise sales & service team; coach to improve guest experience
• Drive store initiatives to enhance customer connections and product training

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail leadership experience
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a changing environment
• Independent work ethic and time management
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand during shifts
