🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to coach and develop talent
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts
