📋 Description

• Lead Sales & Service strategy to enhance guest experience in-store
• Manage store operations on the floor and back-of-house
• Oversee Sales & Service team; coach and develop talent
• Investigate sales opportunities; escalate gaps with GM
• Build client relationships and daily customer engagement
• Partner with GM on budget, metrics, and planning

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in changing environment
• Independent work ethic, time management and accountability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
