📋 Description

• Lead the store's sales and guest experience initiatives in Beverly Hills.
• Drive sales targets and guest satisfaction to Alo standards.
• Coach and develop Sales & Service team for strong product education.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and efficient operations.
• Partner with the General Manager to implement the Sales & Service strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
• Lead with accountability and coaching to develop talent.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing and weekends.
