📋 Description

• Investigate and root-cause sales opportunities with GM to close gaps
• Lead Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience
• Build and implement the store Sales & Service strategy with GM
• Manage budget, expenses, and quarterly sales planning data
• Ensure strong floor coverage and selling initiatives
• Develop talent through feedback, coaching and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related industry leadership experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Agile with multiple tasks in changing environment
• Experience leading and coaching a team
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to lift 10-15 kg and stand for long shifts
