📋 Description

• Lead store Sales & Service to execute targets and guest-experience strategy.
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Ensure floor coverage through workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with GM to implement strategy and financial planning.
• Represent the business in meetings with GM and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Agile with ability to multitask in changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management and personal accountability.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
