• Lead Sales & Service to hit store targets and guest experience.

• Ensure effective floor coverage and lead selling initiatives.
• Represent the business in meetings and calls with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry.
• Lead budget, reporting, and planning with GM; track expenses and Sell-Thru.
• Oversee Sales & Service team; coach on guest experience and product education.
• Develop scheduling and workforce plans to ensure coverage.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; agile with multitasking.
