Sales & Service Manager - Fashion Valley

📋 Description

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities; escalate gaps with GM
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience and product education
• Build client relationships daily with customers
• Partner with the GM to develop and implement Sales & Service strategy
• Represent the business in meetings with GM; lead with guiding principles
• Manage budget, reporting, and data; inform planning (QBR, sales)

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Independent work ethic, time management, accountability
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
