📋 Description

• Lead store sales and guest experience strategy.
• Move between sales floor and back of house.
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver guest experience.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Represent the business in meetings with GM and partners.
• Manage scheduling, budget, and performance data.
• Ensure operations support brand alignment daily.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Proven leadership of Sales & Service teams on the floor.
• MS Office proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Agile with multitasking in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic and time management.
