📋 Description

• Lead store Sales & Service strategy to optimize guest experience.
• Manage floor and back-of-house operations; keep store clean and inviting.
• Develop talent; coach and empower the team to meet ALO values.
• Drive business targets; monitor sales, guest metrics, and performance.
• Partner with the GM on budgets, planning, and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Represent the business in meetings with the GM; strong collaboration
• Agile, able to multitask in a changing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shift
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
