Sales & Service Manager - Miami Design District

📋 Description

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities; escalate gaps with GM.
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience; coach on product education.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Review and monitor budget, reporting, and metrics; inform planning with GM.
• Lead a team with accountability, coaching, talent development, and communication.
• Collaborate with General Manager to implement store vision and cross-functional plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Agile and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Strong time management, independence and personal accountability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for a full shift.
