Sales & Service Manager - Michigan Avenue

📋 Description

• Investigate sales opportunities; escalate gaps with GM to fix processes.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Continue to build client relationships daily with our customers.
• Represent the business in meetings with the General Manager.
• Develop and implement Sales & Service strategy for the store.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management and personal accountability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for an entire shift.
