🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Budgeting, reporting, and data-driven decision making
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work opening/closing and weekend shifts; lift up to 50 pounds
