📋 Description

• Lead store sales and guest experience strategy
• Supervise Sales & Service team and coaching
• Oversee on-floor and back-of-house operations
• Partner with GM to execute sales strategy and budget
• Build client relationships and product education on floor
• Ensure strong scheduling to support business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication
• Agile and able to multitask in a changing environment
• Self-motivated with strong time-management
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
