Sales & Service Manager SouthPark

📋 Description

• Lead store ops and guest-experience strategy to hit targets.
• Move around the sales floor and back of house to keep store clean and inviting.
• Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver guest experience and product education.
• Partner with GM to build and execute the store Sales & Service strategy.
• Manage budget, expenses, sell-through, and planning processes.
• Schedule open/close and weekend shifts during blackout period.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a team and drive results.
