• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership.
• Strong guest experience, sales, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Budgeting, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with GM.
• Lead by example on the floor and in back of house.
