• Lead store Sales & Service to meet targets.
• Drive exceptional in-store guest experience.

• Coach and develop the Sales & Service team.
• Ensure effective floor coverage and store operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Available for opening, closing and weekend shifts.
• Agile and able to manage multiple tasks.
