📋 Description

• Lead store guest experience and sales targets.
• Oversee Sales & Service team on floor and back-of-house.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and efficient operations.
• Partner with GM to build and execute the Sales & Service strategy.
• Develop client relationships and coach team for service excellence.
• Represent brand mission and guiding principles in-store.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Agile leader who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.
• Open/close shifts and weekends; Blackout period availability.
