Sales & Service Manager - Valley Fair

📋 Description

• Lead Sales & Service team to meet guest-experience targets.
• Execute store business and guest-experience strategy.
• Coach and develop talent to meet performance standards.
• Ensure store operations are clean, safe and inviting.
• Partner with GM to escalate process gaps and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Represent business in meetings with the GM to align goals.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
