📋 Description

• Lead Sales & Service to deliver exceptional guest experience in-store.
• Develop and coach the Sales & Service team; elevate product education.
• Oversee daily store operations on floor and back of house.
• Build client relationships; drive sales targets; partner with GM on strategy.
• Monitor budgets and key metrics (expenses, sell-through) for planning.
• Represent store in meetings and collaborate with business partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; guest-focused.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; agile.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Independent work ethic, time management, and personal accountability.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
