📋 Description

  • Investigate and root cause sales opportunities; escalate gaps with GM.
  • Oversee Sales & Service team to deliver guest experience and product education.
  • Lead in-store Sales & Service strategy with GM; execute initiatives on the floor.
  • Ensure strong sales floor coverage and drive selling initiatives store-wide.
  • Build client relationships daily and maintain brand messaging with guests.
  • Partner with GM and cross-functional teams to align with store goals and planning.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds; stand and move around store.
  • Agile and adaptable; able to handle multiple tasks in changing environment.
  • Strong time management and personal accountability.
