🎯 Requirements

German language proficiency at C1 level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in phone sales and customer-oriented communication
Motivated, proactive, results-driven attitude
Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets
Previous sales or BPO experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Average total earnings approx. €3,000 gross/month including bonuses
Monthly gross base salary approx. €1,600
Unlimited commission potential plus quality and PBI bonuses
