Sales Strategy and Operations Director

📋 Description

• Own go-to-market tech strategy, architecture, and evolution.
• Develop and maintain scalable CRM, routing, analytics, and revenue tech.
• Analyze sales and partner workflows to remove inefficiencies and boost productivity.
• Design processes that improve lead management, pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue execution.
• Partner with data/analytics teams to maintain data pipelines and reporting.
• Build dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with actionable insights into pipeline performance and conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or related operational leadership.
• Experience in B2B SaaS/fintech or high-growth tech.
• Deep Salesforce expertise: architecture, customization, CPQ, and lead-routing.
• Strong understanding of revenue tech ecosystems and business process design.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and transform pipeline metrics into executive-level insights.
• Experience designing scalable processes, documentation, and operational frameworks from the ground up.

🎁 Benefits
