πŸ“‹ Description

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI views for sales leadership.
  • Support weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences with reporting prep and insights.
  • Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain CRM data quality; identify inconsistencies and support clean-up.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, CS, and Business Systems on ops questions.
  • Contribute to territory planning, account analysis, and ad hoc analytics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Strategy/Ops, or related analytics (SaaS).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and creating reports and dashboards.
  • CRM knowledge, preferably Salesforce, including reporting structures and data integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
  • Effective written and verbal communication for cross-functional audiences.
