  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI views for sales leadership.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences with reporting and validation.
  • Assist with sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain CRM data quality and governance practices (Salesforce).
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, CS, and Business Systems to address questions.
  • Contribute to territory planning and ad hoc analytical requests.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Strategy & Ops, or related analytics in SaaS/tech.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis and building dashboards/reports for ops or commercial teams.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, incl. reporting structures and data integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into insights.
  • Effective written and verbal communication for cross-functional stakeholders.
