πŸ“‹ Description

  • Partner with sales leaders on strategic projects to boost revenue and efficiency for Mid-Market NA/Europe.
  • Develop work plans, gather data, lead analyses, and present recommendations.
  • Analyze key drivers and translate data into actionable insights for sales leadership.
  • Leverage structured data to understand customer interactions with our product and services.
  • Influence cross-functional teams including Marketing, Measurement, Product, and Finance.
  • Identify processes and systems to scale the business; use AI to speed analyses with checks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategy & operations in analytics-driven settings (consulting, IB, or tech/media).
  • Understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms; knowledge of sales systems/tools.
  • Proven data-driven problem solving with ability to derive business insights.
  • Thrives in a changing, complex, fast-paced environment; organized and detail-oriented.
  • BA/BS in quantitative or analytical major; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Salesforce; AI to accelerate analytics; fluent English.
