Sales Strategy & Operations Lead, JBP Development

📋 Description

• Design and develop the global JBP program strategy and framework
• Own communications to XFNs and Global Sales Org
• Establish feedback mechanisms; translate data into insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate needs into strategy
• Manage JBP collateral, leadership communications, and trainings
• Lead program launch and live trainings

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in advertiser deals, program management, sales operations, or related roles
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in business, economics, finance, engineering or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and strategic focus
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Effective communication and feedback skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes
