  • Provide Tier 1 Sales Operations support for EMEA and JAPAC.
  • Document processes, manage SLAs, and triage to Tier 2.
  • Manage Tier 1 sales inquiries for EMEA/JAPAC; escalate as needed.
  • Assist with data hygiene, routing validation, and basic SFDC reporting.

  • 1-2+ years in sales, SDR, or sales ops, ideally in tech/SaaS.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce; experience with ZoomInfo and Outreach.
  • Basic reporting in Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Knowledge of 6Sense, Clari, and dashboards (Looker, Tableau or PowerBI).
  • Experience building and using agentic-prompts to automate GTM and support workflows.
