• Coach Design Consultants to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to follow process and service.
• Manage day-to-day performance of the sales team.

• Coordinate monthly Sales Meetings with guest speakers.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Interior design education or relevant experience.
• 5+ years direct selling consultative sales in B2C luxury retail.
• 3+ years management/leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading a team to exceed quotas.
