• Onboard new partner venues onto Wolt and ensure access
• Train partner venues on Wolt tools to operate effectively
• Conduct quality and satisfaction checks for stores
• Provide sales and operational support to merchant teams
• Resolve partner inquiries and onboarding/contract issues
• Manage menu and assortment updates on the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Customer-focused; experience in service or admin is a plus
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with digital tools and data
• Great communicator with merchants and internal teams
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Valid driver's license; travel for onsite visits
