• Data maintenance and cleanup for accounts, territory updates
• Front-line SalesOps support via Case Queue and triage
• Escalation point for Deal Desk, Commissions, and Support Ops
• Learn sales processes, tools, collaboration across teams
• Update data and user administration in sales tools
• Adapt to shifting priorities and document SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• Solid Salesforce knowledge; objects like Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity
• Data tooling: Data Loader, Demand Tools, or similar
• Experience with research databases: ZoomInfo, InsideView, Crunchbase
• Sales productivity tools: LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, Cognism
• Ticketing/case systems: Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira
• 3 years in SQL; strong data analysis and BI/ETL skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations, Business, Engineering
