• Make accurate updates to restaurant menus and retail assortments, making sure their catalogue is
• Troubleshoot merchant, equipment, and operational issues, escalating complex cases to the right
• Help Account Management and Merchant teams with partner requests, administrative tasks, and store
• Check that merchant information and menus are accurate, and ensure our merchants are operating to
• Spot recurring issues, share merchant feedback, and work with internal teams to improve the partner
