Sales Support Executive (Cantonese or Mandarin speaker)

📋 Description

• Support Inside Sales activities for Hong Kong and Malaysia markets.
• Update decks with NIQ branding and ensure client-ready content.
• Manage CRM records for sales reps with accuracy.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and insights for sales.
• Handle invoicing and contract renewals; ensure timely billing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years in a similar role; FMCG experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin a plus for APAC markets.
• Fresh graduates with sales coord/vendor liaison internship welcome.
• Strong communication; able to work cross-country; detail-oriented.
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, ZoomInfo, and Python is a plus.
